Eyesight Getting Worse and Worse

I've been getting shots in my left eye for about six months and one time in my right eye also. My eyesight would sometimes get worse within the week before the injection, but get better after the injection.

My eyesight worsened after an injection

A week before this last injection, a week ago, my eyesight got really bad — things not as clear, look lighter and blurrier. I thought the injection would help again. My eyesight has been just as bad, if not worse, for the week after the injection.

Vision changes throughout the day

I also notice that my eyesight gets weaker throughout the day. It is really affecting everything in my life. I work and have to read a computer and all my hobbies involve my eyesight. I can't drive anymore and either have to pay for a Lyft or impose on my daughter.

When I first started the injections, I was told that it would either improve my eyesight or at least keep it from getting worse.

Treating glaucoma

I also have glaucoma, but got laser for that. The doctor said it hadn't come down enough, so he wants to do injections for the glaucoma. But last reading for glaucoma, one eye was 10 and one was 12, so that's quite good, so I don't know if injections will be necessary for that.

Is this just par for the course?
